This Privacy Policy describes the treatment of information provided or collected on the NxEdge website or by other means designated above.  NxEdge follows this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable law in the places where we operate.  In some cases, we may provide additional data privacy notices specific to certain regions.  Those terms are to be read in conjunction with this policy.

Please keep in mind that when you provide information to us on a third-party site or platform, the information you provide may be separately collected by the third-party site or platform.  Only the information we directly collect is covered by this Privacy Policy, and the information the third-party site or platform collects is subject to the third-party site or platform’s privacy practices.  Privacy choices you have made on the third-party site or platform will not apply to our use of the information we have collected directly.  Please also keep in mind that our website and applications may contain links to other sites not owned or controlled by us and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We collect two basic types of information:  personal identification information and anonymous information.  Personal information means information that identifies (whether directly or indirectly) a particular individual.  Anonymous information gathered through the use of our website that does not directly identify a specific individual.   Information includes:

NxEdge collects and processes personal information from you primarily to communicate with you when you contact us, and uses anonymous data to maintain, operate, and improve our website, including to analyze website traffic and run analytics and optimize your experience. 


NxEdge does not sell or otherwise disclose for monetary consideration your personal information to any other parties for any purpose and has not sold your personal information for any monetary benefit in the last twelve (12) months. NxEdge may share anonymous data to analyze our website traffic and improve its performance.

The security, integrity, and confidentiality of your personal information are extremely important to us.  NxEdge has implemented technical and administrative security measures that are designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, and modification.  Please be aware that, despite our best efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.


When accessing and visiting our website, data may be collected from your through the use of cookies, which are sent to your computer and saved automatically.  We use functionality cookies to maintain, operate, and improve your experience on our website, including to analyze website traffic and run analytics, remember your preferences, and optimize your experience by personalizing content.

Your Rights and Choices Under the CCPA

Right to Request Disclosure About the Data Collected About You

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request that NxEdge disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we have received and verified your request, we will disclose to you:

  • The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
  • The categories of personal information we collected about you.
  • The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
  • Our business or commercial purpose for collecting that personal information.

However, NxEdge will not at any time in response to a request disclose a consumer’s financial account number, an account password, or security questions and answers.

NxEdge is not required to retain any personal information collected for a single, one-time transaction, if the information is not regularly retained by NxEdge, or re-identify any anonymous or de-identified information, in order to disclose that information to you. 

Deletion Request Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request that NxEdge delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions.  Once we have received and verified your request, we will delete your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.

We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) to:

  1. Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
  2. Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
  3. Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
  4. Exercise free speech ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law.
  5. Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 et. seq.).
  6. Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information’s deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research’s achievement, if you previously provided informed consent.
  7. Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
  8. Comply with a legal obligation.
  9. Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

Exercising Access and Deletion Rights

If you are a California resident and you wish to exercise your rights to access the information NxEdge has collected about you and/or request that NxEdge delete the information about you, you will need to submit a verifiable consumer request so that NxEdge is able to corroborate your identity and provide your information to you.

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information for data and to delete data.  You may only make a verifiable consumer request for data access twice within a 12-month period.

The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. However, we do consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to personal information associated with that specific account.  If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account.

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.  Any request to delete submitted through an online request you will first be required to submit the request, and the second, separately confirm that you will want the information deleted. 


We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights after you have exercised those rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, in response to exercising your rights, we will not:

  • Deny you goods or services.
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services.
  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
  • Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

Please note that we may update or change this Privacy Policy from time to time at our discretion.  When we make changes to this Notice, we will post the updated notice on the Website and update the Privacy Policy’s effective date.  Your continued use of our website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.  The most current version of this Privacy Policy will govern the use of your information.
